The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and systems. This role requires hands-on technical skills to minimize downtime, ensure production efficiency, and maintain safe work practices.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with machinery maintenance and repair
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
Familiarity with preventative maintenance procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as needed
