Meet TechniSearch Recruiters

TechniSearch’s operations started in 1996. We serve a wide range of manufacturing companies, specializing in small to medium-sized companies. We work with many Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers who produce a myriad of parts and use many different manufacturing processes. We also serve the plastics, packaging and rubber manufacturing sectors.

Prior to Christine (Chris) Mueller’s starting TechniSearch, she held technical sales and management positions with several companies which served the automotive, plastics, packaging, and converting industries.

Our Mission

We strive to develop long-term partnerships with both our clients and job seekers, with the goal of making the best possible match between organizations and candidates. As a small and nimble firm, we are able to respond quickly, adapt to the unique needs of every search, and deliver results that are both efficient and effective.

Building trust is central to everything we do, and we approach each interaction with integrity, transparency, and dedication. Our team takes pride in uniting the art of matchmaking with the science of recruiting, creating connections that benefit both sides and contribute to lasting success. Our Purpose

We strive to make the world a better place, which is why we donate five percent of our profits to charitable organizations. Chris has a long-standing passion for preserving and protecting the Border Collie breed and actively contributes to a variety of
501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. She is the proud owner of two Border Collies and is committed to giving back to causes that make a meaningful impact.
